We are searching for the best talent for a Commercial Project Coordinator on a 1 year fixed-term contract, based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Purpose: To provide sales and marketing support for Vision working closely with the Commercial Manager, Marketing Manager and Professional Affairs Manager and sales managers to secure proper and efficient implementation of all marketing and sales functions.
You will be responsible for:
Organizing with agencies the company meetings and third Party sponsorship meetings
Creating approval processes for activities related to HCP and completing documentations
Creating purchase order and follow up the invoicing process
Assisting for follow up of the yearly Advertising & Promotions budget
Distribution and stock control of Point of Action Materials
Qualifications / Requirements:
University Degree
Excellent Communication Skills in both Turkish and English
Multi task management
Attention to details
Time Management
Follow-up
Individual Leadership skills are expected.
