The Office Manager will be based in Seoul, Korea, supporting both the Vice President of APAC Business Development and the Korea office of approximately 15 staff. This role combines executive-level administrative support with comprehensive office management and facilities oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the team’s productivity. The position reports directly to the VP, APAC Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
Oversee daily operations of the Seoul office, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and liaison with building management.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
Serve as the primary interface between the Korea office and corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
Provide administrative support to the Korea team.
Team Productivity Support
Act as a communication hub for the Korea office, ensuring seamless information flow between staff and corporate functions.
Provide secretarial support to the team, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of internal/external communications.
Assist in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative office culture.
Secretarial Support
Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the VP, APAC Business Development, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
Arrange business travel through the corporate travel agency and manage related logistics.
Prepare and submit expense reports, track approvals, and manage timesheets for the APAC BD team.
Support sales pipeline tracking for the APAC sales team.
Partner with the regional Marketing team to coordinate events and customer engagement activities across APAC.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills, integrity, and a proactive working attitude.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Strong command of Korean is mandatory.
Advanced skills in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as required.
