Your New Role and Responsibilities
Opportunity available for a Technical Project Manager to join our team, delivering complex projects within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role focuses on achieving successful outcomes through structured planning, strong governance, and meaningful stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate across technical and business teams to manage delivery activities, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations. The role contributes to initiatives that enhance capability and improve operational outcomes within a multi-stakeholder environment, supported by a collaborative team including Solution Architects, Account Managers, and Transition Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day project delivery, including managing activities, coordinating resources, and facilitating project and financial meetings
Develop and maintain key project artefacts such as integrated schedules, resource plans, and delivery documentation
Provide clear and accurate reporting on milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project progress
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and effectively managed
Support financial and governance activities, including budget tracking, scope management, and driving quality outcomes
About You and What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in Technical Project Management within complex environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail across project planning and delivery activities
Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
Analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate delivery challenges effectively
This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be able to gain a Baseline level security clearance.
