Project Engineer Sr Stf
Description:Serve as the senior financial and performance authority for designated control accounts within Mission Systems ADP. Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of Earned‑Value Management (EVM) processes to ensure program cost, schedule, and technical performance remain within approved baselines and to provide actionable insight to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship (with ability to obtain or maintain required security clearance)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
Desired Skills:
Proficiency with EVM tools such as Primavera P6 EVM, Deltek Costpoint, or SAP Project System
Strong Excel/Power‑BI modeling and data‑analysis skills
Working knowledge of DoD EVM standards (ANSI/EIA‑748, DoD 5000.02) and related acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
Effective communication ability—both written and oral—to present complex performance data to technical and senior leadership audiences
Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
