Digital Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

As a Digital Manufacturing Specialist within our Animal Health IT organization, you will lead and deliver a portfolio of digital initiatives focused on leveraging advanced analytics, modeling, and data visualization. Your work will directly contribute to improving product development, manufacturing processes, and quality outcomes across Animal Health.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Science & Technology (S&T) stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that improve scientific, manufacturing, or quality processes
  • Own and manage a portfolio of analytics and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuous value delivery
  • Lead IT delivery of analytics use cases, including statistical process control (e.g., control charting), advanced modeling, data visualization, and insights generation
  • Translate business and scientific requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern data and analytics tools
  • Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and analytical models ensuring data integrity, performance, and usability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, quality, manufacturing IT) to integrate solutions into the broader ecosystem
  • Drive agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative value delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards relevant to manufacturing and quality environments
  • Measure and communicate business impact of delivered solutions, including improvements in efficiency, quality, or decision-making
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and analytics approaches to enhance S&T capabilities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, scientific computing, or IT solution delivery

Preferred

  • Experience with statistical process control, advanced modeling, and data visualization
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
