LOCATION: This position is an onsite role, based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Clif Bar Plant.
Mission: This role will be extremely flexible and enjoy a high-change environment where priorities shift from day to day, while continuously working to support of the Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System to ensure a safe and incident-free work environment, and to ensure operations comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. The successful HSE Specialist will work and build trusted partnerships across shifts and levels of the organization, and act as a champion for Clif Bar’s Aspirations.

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and their application in food production.
Experience with maintenance and oversight of Environmental, Health, Safety, & Sustainability programs.
Experienced at training maintenance and production personnel.
Experience with Sustainability practices and initiatives.
Experience with previous food manufacturing plant preferred.
Minimum four (4) year degree with a preferable focus on Safety or other protective discipline or equivalent experience.
Two (2) plus years of experience in a safety capacity in a manufacturing environment.
Certifications such as OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, or ISO preferred.
