We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Internal Firm Services team. Your Mission

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Digital Transformation Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis to assess automation feasibility and identify efficiency opportunities.

  • Apply analytical skills to pinpoint business value, gather precise requirements, and document them clearly and measurably.

  • Drive and manage the automation engineering lifecycle: design, build, test, release, hypercare, and production support.

  • Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and CoPilot Studio.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the firm to enhance automation strategies and innovate on digital solutions.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure leading-edge automation and data solutions.

  • Embrace continuous learning and adapt to evolving priorities while contributing to a flexible and impactful work environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Has at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in business process automation using RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate preferred).

  • Is proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL.

  • Is skilled in managing automation pipelines within a Center of Excellence (CoE), including debugging and troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Adapts quickly with an agile mindset and embraces change.

  • Is impact-driven, collaborative, and reliable—bringing a unique perspective and a commitment to teamwork.

Bonus skills include:

  • RPA certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Developer, Power Automate RPA Developer)

  • Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, and API integrations

  • Experience with data scraping, transformation, and visualization tools like Alteryx and Power BI

  • Knowledge of VBA and VB.Net programming
