Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
Role OverviewYou will be part of a high-performing team delivering change initiatives that support large-scale business transformations (e.g., digital transformation, ERP implementations, operating model redesign).
Working collaboratively with colleagues across functions, you will contribute to the design and delivery of change strategies, support senior stakeholders, and lead specific workstreams within broader transformation programs. You will also play a key role in team leadership and client engagement, while contributing to PwC’s growing change management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Change Strategy & Delivery (Team-Based)
Contribute to the development and execution of end-to-end change management strategies alongside team members
Support the design and implementation of change frameworks aligned with PwC methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Agile approaches)
Conduct organizational readiness assessments and help define mitigation actions
Collaborate with other workstreams to ensure alignment between business objectives and change initiatives
2. Stakeholder Management
Support and co-lead engagement with client stakeholders (e.g., project sponsors, functional leads)
Work closely with the team to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and governance meetings
3. Communication & Training
Contribute to the development of communication strategies, plans, and materials
Support the design and rollout of training concepts and adoption initiatives
Ensure communication activities are aligned and consistent across the program
4. Transformation & Program Delivery
Lead or support specific change workstreams within larger transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, digital transformation)
Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, and technical teams
Track and report on change KPIs, adoption metrics, and overall progress, as part of the wider team effort
5. Business Development
Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and internal initiatives
Support the identification of opportunities within existing client engagements
Participate in developing internal knowledge and thought leadership
Skills
Understanding of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a team-driven environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in German and English
Preferred Capabilities
Experience supporting SAP (S/4HANA) transformation projects
Certifications in Change Management or Agile frameworks
Experience with data-driven change and adoption tracking
