We are looking for a Senior Supervisor, Maintenance to work at our facility in Riverside - CA

What You Will Do
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians.
Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work to support production schedules.
Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate maintenance activities during planned shutdowns, repairs, and emergency breakdowns.
Maintain compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
Review maintenance work orders, labor utilization, and spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports on equipment reliability, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.
Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities using CMMS or maintenance management systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, or on-call schedules as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Qualifications We Prefer
Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Reliability Maintenance experience.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
