Raytheon is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Product Support Lead and broader team. This role works closely with Program Leadership and cross‑functional partners to help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and effective team coordination.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, the ability to build productive working relationships, and a commitment to providing reliable administrative support to a geographically dispersed, global team. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working independently in a fast‑paced environment. Professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential. This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA.
What You Will Do
Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings across stakeholders, and support day‑to‑day scheduling needs.
Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expense reports accurately and on time.
Prepare meeting logistics and materials, including room scheduling, visitor support, document preparation, and virtual meeting setup.
Maintain organized team documents and support communication needs through email management, meeting minutes, and follow‑up action tracking.
Partner with team members and administrative colleagues to ensure smooth operations, handle confidential information professionally, and effectively balance multiple priorities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite
2+ years’ experience managing calendars and expenses
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Qualifications We Prefer
Concur experience – RTX travel system for booking travel and expense reporting
RGEMS experience – Raytheon’s export management system
Global Advantage calendar experience, RTX work location input system
Experience working in a defense or government agency
Familiarity with or the ability to become familiar with Raytheon policies, procedures, forms, and processes
Experience working with remote employees and managers
Ability to learn processes and tools quickly with minimal training

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
