We are now looking for a Specialist, Order Management to join our team in UPM Business Hub, Poland in Wrocław.

What you will do
Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
Support continuous improvement of work processes, guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes
Who you are
You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
You are a team player and good networker
You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
You have an interest in working in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other European languages will also be considered an asset

Additional information about the position
This position is located in Wrocław, Poland.
This role requires regular on-site presence in a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office. Additionally, it includes occasional late shifts until 18:00, scheduled on a rota basis (typically once every eight weeks).
The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
