Job Description
The Office of Rural Health Programs has an outstanding opportunity for a Temporary Future Doctors Program Operations Specialist to join their team.
Reporting to the HCOP Associate Director, the temporary Future Doctors Program Operations Specialist provides operational leadership and student-centered program support for the Future Doctors (FD) program at the University of Washington. FD supports underrepresented students who are interested in becoming physicians through workshops, mentorship, pipeline programming, and guidance designed to strengthen pathways into the healthcare workforce. In this role, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and high-impact experience for students, mentors, faculty, community partners, and program collaborators across urban and rural communities. This position is expected to last about 10 months.

Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Bachelor’s degree and one year of administrative work experience OR equivalent education/experience.
