Your responsibilities
Break down production plans into daily and team-level tasks, track progress, and quickly resolve delays or disruptions.
Lead on-site production management, ensuring 6S standards, safe operations, and efficient workflows.
Establish and monitor quality control processes, analyze issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee equipment maintenance, ensure high availability, and enforce safety standards across the workshop.
Coordinate and develop the team by planning workforce allocation, training employees, and fostering a positive environment.
Expectations for you
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 3 years of experience in production workshop management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, CNC, and assembly.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Good command of spoken and written English.
