Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. The manager provides data-driven insights to influence decision-making, drives continuous improvement, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, this position oversees team development, promotes accountability, and ensures compliance with company standards, all while maintaining a focus on delivering value and operational excellence.
About the team:

The team is dedicated to maintaining the quality, consistency, and integrity of Trust & Safety decisions within Last Mile Delivery. It identifies systemic issues through risk-based monitoring and translates insights into operational, product, and policy improvements. Emphasizing coaching and talent development, the team enhances performance and incident outcomes at scale. By fostering strategic thinking and operational excellence, it supports confident decision-making and strengthens trust in delivery operations. The group values effective communication, adaptability, accountability, and strong project and operations management to drive continuous improvement and operational success.
What you'll do:
  • Manage multiple operational work streams by designing and executing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze, plan, and implement initiatives that improve business efficiency.
  • Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to stakeholders.
  • Identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of operational tools and processes to reduce costs and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to support strategy execution.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities for associates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
