Business Execution Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group complex quality control reviews and assess problems and issues to ensure activities follow the necessary internal and external regulatory and risk management practices
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools to the team.
  • Perform or guide others on complex development of new concepts, techniques and standards that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
  • Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team
  • Lead or contribute to reviews including analysis and trending of findings, proposed recommendations for change to impact future quality, test development and reporting on results
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional areas
  • Coach lower level analysts on quality control reviews, department operations, procedures and policies
  • Receives feedback openly from others post implementation of learning experiences.                       
  • Adapts to change within the organization with guidance from others.                                    
  • Willingly shares knowledge and information on his/her work area.                                         
  • Exhibits enthusiasm towards team initiatives.      
  • Perform Quality control reviews on special projects and remediation activities
  • Thorough understanding of the upstream and downstream processes
  • Will serve as a single point of contact for CRA & will keep track of the BAU and assist less trained staff on process queries.
  • Will perform reviews as a SME/ Internal PoC for escalated cases
  • Conduct Internal QC for all the queues in CRA.
  • Conduct trainings for new joiners – India and US teams
  • Works closely with the Onshore partners to identify process gaps and ways to solution


Job Expectations:

  • 6+ years of regulatory and quality control reviews, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Understanding and Application of AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon, Agentspace) for routine tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analyzing data, while maintaining human oversight.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret AI outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions.
  • Responsible AI Use: Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies.
