Release Management Practitioner
As a Release Management Practitioner, you will help deliver business and technology outcomes by applying standard delivery tools, methodologies, and processes. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and strong alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The Work:
- Support the delivery of technology solutions across a large scale program using Agile practices
- Coordinate with functional, testing, and development teams to manage dependencies and integration needs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to maintain alignment and proactively address challenges
- Track progress across scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables
- Oversee intersystem testing and third party integration activities
- Produce clear, actionable reporting through Agile dashboards and analytics
- Partner with client stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication
Here’s What You Need:
- Experience managing delivery status, schedules, risks, and work products
- Ability to coordinate intersystem testing and cross team dependencies
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery workflows
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Experience with enterprise scale programs or multi vendor environments
- Skills in dashboarding or data visualization
