Job's mission
Safeguard operational resilience by identifying, assessing, mitigating, and escalating risks across supply, manufacturing, workforce, and critical dependencies to maintain continuity, agility, and service performance under changing business conditions.
Define the future state resilience model, operating principles, and risk controls that strengthen ASM’s ability to absorb disruption, respond at speed, and adapt through demand cycles, supply volatility, and network changes.

- Drive countermeasures and risk reduction actions to contain exposure, improve recovery readiness, and strengthen continuity of operations.
- Reduce footprint risk by defining cross site qualification strategies, backup capabilities, and recovery options for critical operations.
- Reduce supply risk through resilient sourcing, supplier segmentation, network strategies, and logistics contingency approaches.
- Define the future state operating footprint and location strategy to improve resilience, flexibility, and responsiveness to business cycles and network shifts.
- Establish operating principles and standards that enable the business to absorb volatility and respond quickly to rapid changes in demand, supply, and capacity.
- Track external events, market signals, and dependency changes that could affect operational stability, supply continuity, or location risk exposure.
- Escalate material and emerging risks to the Operations Leadership Team with clear business impact, recommended actions, and decision requirements.
- Lead scenario based risk reviews and resilience planning for severe but plausible disruptions to validate readiness and improve response effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; semiconductor industry experience or equivalent high-tech complex manufacturing experience

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
What sets you apart
