We are looking for a: Program/Project Manager (AI Initiatives)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of AI initiatives, from initial concept through operational adoption.
- Define and manage project roadmaps, planning, resources, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing proactive corrective actions when needed.
- Establish and optimize Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business impact and return on investment.
Requirements
Mandatory
- 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital projects/programs.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Conceptual understanding of AI/ML solutions applied to business challenges (deep technical expertise is not required).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency in an international business environment.
Preferred
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, or healthcare.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR), and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- General understanding of cloud ecosystems and enterprise data workflows.
