Content Operations Specialist (US stock contract) - Crypto Exchange

We are looking for a high-caliber Content Operations Specialist to spearhead the growth of our client's US stock contract and derivatives business. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the real-time narrative of our US equities coverage, ensuring our users receive the most timely and relevant analysis on breaking news and market themes.

• Orchestrate tailored communication strategies that keep users active, informed, and consistently engaged with our contract offerings.

• Develop content frameworks that serve as a catalyst for trading volume, focusing on high-intent user segments and deposit growth.

• Dive deep into operational data to identify friction points and opportunities, ensuring our content strategy evolves alongside market conditions.

• Work across the organization to uphold brand integrity, ensuring all output is timely, impactful, and fully compliant with global standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a content or strategy role at an online brokerage or international financial platform, with a sharp focus on US equities.

• Proven ability to manage user segments and execute data-driven tactics that foster long-term platform loyalty.

• Demonstrable success in using content as a tool to increase active traders and per-user transaction frequency.

• Self-starter who is comfortable with the schedule of the US market and committed to high-quality, compliant output.
