What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an experienced Program Operations Specialist to enable the operational excellence of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function. This role is focused on delivery, coordination and support to ensure DEI programs, learning initiatives, and ERG operations are executed effectively, consistently, and at scale.

You will partner closely with the DEI Lead and DEI Partner, and collaborate cross-functionally across People, ERGs, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and hub teams. You’ll excel in this role if you like to turn ideas to action, organize events, treat everything with a detail-oriented mindset and can translate strategy to high-quality operational delivery.

  • Execute operations of DEI and ERG events and initiatives end-to-end, managing intake, logistics, cross-functional ticketing (Facilities, IT, Procurement), post-event insights, and ensuring smooth on-the-ground delivery
  • Coordinate cross-hub implementation of global DEI programs, supporting localization efforts, stakeholder alignment, and project tracking, ensuring programs are well-executed, scalable, and impactful
  • Maintain DEI operational infrastructure, including updating playbooks, documentation, templates, shared folders, and internal knowledge pages
  • Support DEI Learning Strategy, executing tasks as administer DEI Learning Pathways, logistics and communication for new learning initiatives and track participation and engagement metrics
  • Manage vendor logistics and procurement workflows, including collecting quotes, processing contracts and similar documentation, tracking approvals, coordinating speakers and approvals, and maintaining partner records
  • Support ERG operations in partnership with the DEI Partner, coordinating event logistics globally, budget tracking, and engagement reporting within our ERG Management System
  • Track and compile participation data across programs and in support of Spain-specific compliance processes, assisting with documentation and administrative coordination related to the Gender Equality Plan, LGD, and Real Decreto LGTBI+

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 years of program or project management experience, ideally in DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility, People, Employee Experience or Learning functions
  • Experience executing end-to-end global programs across multiple regions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data to track engagement and measure program effectiveness
  • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement workflows
  • Passion for operational execution with attention to detail and process rigor
  • Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Solutions-focused mindset with ownership and follow-through
