Seasonal Production Coordinator II

Overview /Objective

The Production Coordinator (Level 2) oversees the full logistics of assigned on‑location shoots for NFL Films Productions.  This role manages crew movements, equipment rentals, travel, permitting, and vendor communication from preproduction through wrap. The coordinator ensures all operational details are executed accurately and efficiently, serving as a key liaison between internal departments to keep shoots running smoothly and on schedule.

This is a 7-month seasonal position.  Candidates are required to work 5 days week from our offices in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all logistics of on location shoots as assigned, from start to finish, specifically crew movements, equipment shipments, and vendor communication
  • Hire camera, audio & support crew for on location filming & ensure the onboarding process is complete prior to filming
  • Coordinate all crew travel, including booking flights, hotels & rental vehicles
  • Research & book local equipment rentals not provided by the NFL Films Camera & Audio departments
  • Research & book locations, oversee permitting & handle all administrative tasks associated with those responsibilities including securing vendor paperwork, releases & processing payment
  • Handle all shoot communication including updating the online shoot schedule, sending shoot emails & creating call sheets
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure budget considerations & crew assignments are communicated quickly & efficiently
  • Administrative tasks may include answering phones, requesting certificates of insurance, reviewing invoices & updating department tracking documents to ensure consistency & accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate should have 2–3 years of experience coordinating on‑location shoots in film, television, or live event production, with demonstrated ability to independently manage logistics, travel, vendors, and shoot communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of TV/film production, including camera, audio, lighting, and grip equipment, as well as a clear understanding of crew roles, responsibilities, and on‑set workflows.
  • Familiarity with NFL and NFL Films programming, past and present, with the ability to support shoots that require historical context, archival awareness, or football specific operational needs.

Physical Demands

  • Shoot &/or event needs may require the coordinator to travel on location up to 30% of the time

Rate

  • $2000/week

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. Production demands may include additional hours, nights, and weekends.
