Change Management Specialist Finance Transformation 
Remote - US
*This is a 6 month contract assignment 

At Sony Interactive Entertainment, we're transforming the future of Finance. As part of our newly established Finance Transformation Office (FTO), we're looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change efforts across a portfolio of global transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Transformation Services, you'll develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. You'll partner with Finance, IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure employees are equipped, engaged, and supported throughout the transformation journey.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys influencing across organizations, building change frameworks from the ground up, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify risks and drive adoption plans.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to build engagement and visible sponsorship.
  • Create and deliver communication strategies, change plans, and executive messaging.
  • Design training, learning, and enablement programs that prepare employees for change.
  • Establish change readiness assessments, adoption metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Build change management playbooks, templates, and best practices that can be scaled across future initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, HR, Learning & Development, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Continuously improve organizational change capabilities by introducing new methodologies and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of organizational change management experience (10+ years preferred).
  • Experience leading change management for large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Proven success supporting Finance, ERP, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience developing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and executive sponsors without direct authority.
  • Experience measuring change effectiveness through KPIs, dashboards, and adoption metrics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Prosci, CCMP, APMG, or similar Change Management certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementations.
  • Management consulting experience (Big Four or similar) focused on Finance transformation or organizational change.
  • PMP and/or MBA.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
$117,800—$176,800 USD
