THE ROLE
Join the Operations Program Management team as an Operations Program Coordinator, a role designed for early-career professionals eager to master the complexities of a global supply chain. You will support the seamless execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and sustaining programs by ensuring operational readiness from development through production. Partnering closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, you will help bridge the gap between product design and scalable global delivery. This role offers a unique vantage point to see how high-tech products are built and qualified while building a foundation for a career in program management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities by tracking program deliverables and action items to ensure NPI and sustaining milestones are met on schedule.
- Support material readiness and supplier qualification initiatives by collaborating with Contract Manufacturers and Supply Chain teams to identify and resolve operational dependencies.
- Maintain program visibility for stakeholders by assisting with the collection of data for dashboards, reporting, and key performance metrics.
- Drive operational efficiency by participating in process improvement projects aimed at scaling quality and manufacturing workflows.
- Foster strong communication loops across Engineering, Quality, and Operations to facilitate the swift resolution of routine program risks.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Foundational knowledge of operations, supply chain, or manufacturing principles typically gained through a relevant degree or initial professional exposure.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-speed environment.
- Strong collaborative communication skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A problem-solving approach and a proactive sense of ownership over assigned tasks and routine program deliverables.
- Proficiency in modern productivity and collaboration tools (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) to manage schedules and data.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
