About the Team
The Partner Integrations Strategy & Operations team builds and scales the systems, workflows, and partner experiences that power DoorDash’s integrated provider ecosystem. We work across Product, Support, Engineering, and Merchant strategy teams to improve operational performance, strengthen the Developer Platform, and deliver best-in-class experiences for providers across our suite of products for New Verticals Merchants. Our mission is to reduce friction across the integration lifecycle, drive adoption of automation and AI, and ensure providers have the tools and support they need to operate effectively on DoorDash and grow their business with us.
About the Role
As a Sr. Specialist on the Partner Integrations Strategy & Operations team, you will focus on improving the efficiency and scalability of our New Verticals integrations operations. You’ll support and execute against key initiatives tied to team goals, using data, tooling, and AI solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the provider experience. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Technical Account Managers—to operationalize processes, improve tooling, and enhance self-serve experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with data, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Partner Integrations, New Verticals in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization. This role is expected to be hybrid with some time in-office.

- Identify and solve operational inefficiencies across the integrations lifecycle, improving speed, quality, and scalability.
- Analyze partner and internal signals to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Define, track, and evolve efficiency metrics, including accuracy, actionability, and owning the feedback loops that continuously improve our models.
- Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, reduce manual work, and improve operational outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Integrations, and TAMs to implement process and tooling improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting to monitor performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in strategy & operations, business operations/analytics, consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Dashboarding Software required)
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow automation tools)
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding for translating technical concepts to business solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
