Job Description

 

Job Title: Sr Account Operations / RMG Lead – India GCC

Location: Pune (Preferred) Experience: 10+ years

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations / RMG Lead to drive end-to-end operational excellence for our India GCC business. This role will be pivotal in aligning sales, delivery, and talent functions to ensure effective workforce planning, seamless execution, and strong governance across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales Leads to support resource planning and staffing for secured deals and pipeline opportunities Lead Resource Management Group (RMG) function including allocation, utilization tracking, and workforce optimization Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to drive timely hiring aligned with business demand Oversee account operations, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction Lead and govern PMO functions across multiple programs/accounts Manage revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization metrics Establish strong governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and operational cadence Work closely with delivery teams to ensure efficient execution and adherence to SLAs Provide insights on skill demand trends, especially across technology roles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in operations, RMG, or delivery management within IT services / GCC / consulting environments Strong understanding of technology roles and workforce planning in IT/engineering domains Proven experience in resource management, staffing, and utilization optimization Experience working closely with sales, delivery, and hiring teams Strong PMO leadership and governance experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with experience in revenue forecasting and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large IT services organizations Exposure to multi-account delivery environments Prior experience managing large-scale teams and cross-functional operations
