As we continue to scale, Kpler is looking for a Senior IT Operations Manager to strengthen and evolve our global IT operations function.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our internal systems and tools remain reliable, secure, and highly scalable on a global level. You will combine hands-on technical execution with operational leadership, directly driving the coordination and continuous development of our IT Operations team. Working closely alongside the Head of IT, you will help structure day-to-day activities, optimize key processes, and empower the team while remaining deeply involved in high-impact technical topics and projects.
This position offers an exciting balance between technical execution, strategic collaboration, and leadership, with a focus on modernizing operations and supporting a fast-growing business at scale.
Your mission is to:
• Contribute to the coordination and day-to-day organization of the IT Operations team
• Support and mentor team members, helping them grow and prioritize effectively
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues while remaining hands-on
• Manage and optimize our core SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack the Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence).
• Strengthen identity and access management practices (SSO, lifecycle, permissions)
• Oversee endpoint management and device lifecycle (MacOS, Windows, MDM)
• Ensure consistency, security, and scalability of workplace technology
• Contribute to IT security initiatives and enforce best practices across systems and endpoints
• Support compliance and audit efforts in collaboration with Engineering and Legal teams
• Lead and contribute to IT projects (automation, tooling improvements, systems evolution)
• Contribute to IT budget management (SaaS tools, hardware, vendors), helping monitor and optimize costs
Essential:
8+ years of experiencePrevious experience in a team lead or managerial role, leading infrastructure engineers (SysAdmins, IT Analysts, IT Operations Engineers etc)
Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices
Desirable:
Experience contributing to budget management (SaaS tools, hardware, vendors)
Experience working in an international and fast-growing environment
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is highly desirable

Qualifications
