This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Business Operations Lead based in the United States.
This role serves as the operational backbone across multiple business functions, ensuring systems, data, and workflows run efficiently and scale with growth. You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, services, and product operations, translating complexity into structure and clarity. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and deeply hands-on, with a strong emphasis on ownership and initiative. - Building and maintaining automations that reduce manual work and improve cross-functional efficiency across sales, marketing, and service operations
- Ensuring CRM accuracy and data integrity while developing dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, operational performance, and business trends
- Designing, documenting, and continuously improving SOPs and operational playbooks to standardize execution across teams
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks while supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve speed, clarity, and scalability
- Partnering on strategic projects such as system redesigns, workflow architecture, and operational improvements that support business growth
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in operations or revenue operations within a startup or fast-paced environment, combined with a systems-thinking mindset and a bias for action. You should be comfortable working across multiple functions and building structure in evolving environments.
- 3–7+ years of experience in operations, RevOps, growth operations, or marketing operations
- Proven ability to manage and optimize CRM systems and operational tools in a scaling organization

- High proficiency in data organization, reporting, and dashboard creation to support decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams without heavy oversight
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in fast-moving, early-stage, or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to using technology to improve productivity
Benefits:
- Competitive annual compensation of $80,000–$90,000 (for a 30-hour work week)
- Fully remote role within the United States
- Flexible part-time schedule with autonomy over execution
- Opportunity to shape core operational systems in a scaling organization
- High ownership role with direct impact on business performance and growth
- Exposure to modern AI tools and advanced operational systems
- Collaborative, mission-driven team environment with strong leadership support
