In this role, you will contribute directly to improving workplace safety outcomes across a diverse portfolio of employers, supporting both strategic initiatives and hands-on risk management activities. You will act as a key connector between data insights, psychosocial safety programs, and practical workplace interventions that reduce incidents and improve return-to-work outcomes. The role involves regular engagement with senior leaders, operational managers, and frontline teams through workshops, webinars, and advisory sessions. You will translate complex WHS and claims data into clear, actionable strategies that organisations can implement immediately. Working in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, you will help shape safer workplaces while supporting continuous improvement in safety culture. This is a highly visible role where communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement are central to success.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering workplace safety expertise and engagement activities that improve risk outcomes and support injury prevention strategies across multiple client organisations. You will also play a key role in turning data and research into practical workplace solutions.
This position requires strong WHS expertise combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in client-facing environments. You should be confident presenting and translating complex safety concepts into practical guidance.
