We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support manufacturing recovery and operational improvement initiatives within a high-volume production environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, manufacturing, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting cross-functional operations in aerospace, automotive, or complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily execution of production recovery and operational improvement plans
Coordinate activities of production coaches, trainers, or support personnel across multiple shifts
Support and reinforce best practices in manufacturing and assembly operations, including
Process conformity and workmanship standards
Identify, document, and communicate process, tooling, quality, and efficiency improvement opportunities
Collaborate daily with cross-functional stakeholders including operations
Provide daily and weekly status updates, including risks, mitigation plans, and corrective actions
Prioritize and respond to real-time production floor needs and operational challenges
Track recovery progress through milestones, metrics, KPIs, and production reporting
Reduce quality defects and inspection failures
Skills and Responsibilities:
Must have 4+ years of experience
Must have supervisory or management experience
Experience in manufacturing operations, production supervision, supplier recovery, or operational excellence
Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Knowledge of quality systems, process improvement, and production metrics
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments
Experience working in aerospace, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (read and write)
