About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to support a fast-moving entrepreneur managing multiple businesses, client commitments, and a busy family life.
This isn't a traditional EA role supporting a single business. You'll be responsible for helping manage several professional ventures alongside personal administration, acting as a trusted right-hand partner who can bring structure, organisation, and efficiency to a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative,
communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys staying one step ahead.

Business Operations
● Calendar and schedule management across multiple businesses
● Email and inbox management
● Meeting coordination and appointment scheduling
● Administrative support and document preparation
● Task management and follow-up
● Research projects and information gathering
● Internal coordination across teams and stakeholders
● Managing priorities and ensuring deadlines stay on track
Client & Professional Support
● Professional email communication with clients
● Meeting preparation and follow-up
● Organising information and resources
● Supporting project and workflow administration
Personal Assistance
● Personal calendar management
● Family scheduling and appointment coordination
● Travel research and booking support
● Managing personal administrative tasks
● General life organisation and planning assistance
What We're Looking For (Essential Skills & Experience)
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of
Staff-style support role
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Technology & Tools
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Slack
Asana or similar project management platforms
Loom or video-based communication tools
Figma experience is a bonus but not essential
