Safety & Quality Operations Specialist
As the Safety & Quality Operations Specialist you will help build and strengthen the safety and quality foundation of inDrive's Intercity vertical across the CIS region (accountable for Kazakhstan as one of the key market for InDrive).
You'll own initiatives end to end — from improving the tools and processes that keep our platform safe, to running quality control for drivers, to validating new hypotheses with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, data-driven, fieldwork-oriented role for someone who enjoys turning insights into real operational impact for millions of riders and drivers.

- Drive project management of safety initiatives — maintaining and continuously improving existing tools and processes, identifying gaps, and leading the development of solutions that strengthen the team's operational foundation.
- Launch and support driver quality-control initiatives (e.g. warnings, bans, and similar measures).
- Generate and validate product, marketing, and operational safety & quality hypotheses within cross-functional teams to sustain business growth.
- Contribute to strategic safety & quality planning.
- Analyze the market and competitors, and help shape the development strategy for the Intercity vertical in the CIS region.
Must have
- Strong analytics skills with excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving and genuine enjoyment of working with numbers.
- Project management experience.
We're also looking for
- 3+ years of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
- Readiness and willingness to conduct customer development, generate hypotheses, and validate MVPs.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL (not required, but a plus).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Ability to organize effective collaboration across multiple time zones and a solid understanding of how cross-functional teams operate.
- A hands-on mindset — practical, fieldwork experience is highly valued.
- English at Intermediate level or higher; native-level fluency in Kazakh and Russian.
