- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of equipment breakdowns
- Correlate findings with existing preventive maintenance protocols to systematically reduce Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and enhance operational reliability.
- Machine Tolerance Assessment: Evaluate Machine Tolerance Check (MTC) trend data to identify critical component vulnerabilities
- Implement targeted reinforcement measures to strengthen equipment robustness and performance consistency.
- Spare Parts Strategy: Analyze high-consumption spare parts inventory to develop strategies for extending component lifespan or identifying cost-effective alternatives without compromising equipment integrity or operational standards.
- Ensures the implementation of the local Maintenance strategy (focusing on MaintainME and including SAP PM, interfaces with other departments.
- Supplier Performance Management: Collaborate with the Purchasing department to establish rigorous service level agreements with suppliers and evaluate qualified local alternatives to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency and equipment support.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and industrial processes.
- Proven track record in preventive maintenance planning and optimization.
- Proficiency in spare parts inventory management and supplier evaluation methodologies.
- Advanced certification in maintenance engineering or reliability management, coupled with demonstrated proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Experience in electrical systems or related fields will be advantage.
- Experience in Project improvement.
- Ideally had exposure to international projects or worked in a cross culture environment
- Good command of English.
