Technical Program Manager - Data Center Operations

About the role

Own end to end program management for AI Factories from day 0 through handoff. You'll drive execution across architectural, structural, and technology disciplines, holding the critical path and pushing decisions to closure.

What you'll do

  • Own data center operations programs from hardware bring up through steady state

  • Build and maintain integrated schedules across facilities, network, and hardware

  • Establish governance including milestone, incident and change review, and decision logs

  • Build the playbooks, and create the systems that let engineers focus on engineering

  • Identify and evaluate new data center sites, assessing power, land, and connectivity against program requirements

  • Own vendor and external partner relationships, holding them to scope, schedule, and quality

  • Tie operations to business outcomes and customer commitments



What you'll need

  • Experience running complex infrastructure programs

  • Ability to keep facilities, engineering, and executive audiences aligned under pressure

  • Program governance that adds accountability, not bureaucracy

  • Playbooks, templates, and systems that let technical teams move faster

  • Demonstrated experience securing data center capacity

  • Rolodex of high-impact vendors
