We're looking for a Principal TPM who combines deep product thinking with world-class program execution to lead the next generation of AI-powered insights products for Amazon Publisher Monetization. You'll own product strategy, roadmap, and customer experience for our insights suite while partnering across multiple organizations to understand their business problems, translate them into product requirements, and drive adoption of solutions that accelerate insights automation and self-service.
The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, is technical enough to engage on agentic system architecture, and has the product instinct to turn business problems into scalable AI-first solutions. You'll be the single-threaded owner for our most critical initiatives—operating at the intersection of product management, technical program management, and AI innovation.
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for APM's agentic insights suite, aligned to VP-level business goals
Partner across APM, Finance, and Publisher organizations to translate business priorities and unmet needs into product capabilities
Author Working Backwards documents (PR/FAQs, one-pagers) that articulate customer problems, solutions, and measurable outcomes
Drive adoption through executive engagement, demos, enablement programs, and success metrics
Establish the operating cadence: sprint planning, cross-team syncs, executive reviews, and launch readiness
Influence engineering architecture decisions for extensibility, cost-efficiency, and publisher-scale data complexity
Build mechanisms for continuous feedback, adoption measurement, and iteration that deliver clear business value
Define and track program KPIs: adoption, accuracy, time-to-insight, coverage expansion, and business impact
Identify organizational gaps and build repeatable processes, tools, and frameworks that scale beyond a single initiative
A day in the life
Your focus is advancing our agentic insights platform—intelligent systems enabling Amazon Publisher Monetization stakeholders to access answers independently. You'll bridge business needs and technical possibilities alongside product and engineering teams.
Days might include reviewing product launch feedback, identifying usage patterns, facilitating working sessions with finance and product partners to translate priorities into requirements, and documenting strategy through detailed problem-approach-outcome documents.
You'll engage in technical architecture conversations ensuring scalable, cost-efficient solutions for publisher-level data complexity. You'll also design processes that drive momentum: sprint planning, cross-team synchronization, and executive reviews demonstrating progress and impact.
