Technical Program Management Immersive Lead, XR
In this strategic, high-stakes leadership role for Immersive and Spatial devices, you will be responsible for the delivery of the next generation of products and will oversee our critical XR portfolio. This role requires the ability to match technical excellence with strategic execution and an understanding of the product and the business. You will identify and resolve gaps in the technical stack along with current processes and tools to ensure successful delivery, as well as identify methods that contribute to operational scalability for the internal team. You will empower and manage a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), driving the strategic roadmap for landing high quality products and ensuring quality in subsequent updates.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical program management.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
- Experience delivering software programs on immersive and spatial hardware.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and influencing large teams, including executives (C-level).
- Ability to grow in ambiguous situations, establish structure, and lead programs.
- Ability to program manage effectively with communication and collaboration skills.
