Director of Technical Program Management - Trust & Infrastructure
The Experience
Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations. The Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) for Trust & Infrastructure will lead strategic technology programs that drive organizational efficiency and transformation within the Trust & Infrastructure TPM team. You will also spearhead programs driving transformation to Hyperforce, Salesforce's infrastructure product offering built on top of third-party cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). With Agentforce woven into every layer of our platform, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of cloud infrastructure while growing your leadership impact across one of the most critical areas of our business. This role is based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Bellevue or Seattle.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Partner with program leadership teams to drive cross-functional planning and execution across Engineering, Customer Enablement, Legal, and Product to deliver key business value.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mission-critical programs with clear accountability and ownership.
- Drive cross-domain communication and coordination across multiple cloud environments to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
- Drive AI-native TPM transformation within the Trust & Infrastructure TPM organization and collaborate with the broader AI-native transformation across Salesforce.

- You communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from individual engineers to senior executives.
Even Better If...
- You have prior experience with cloud infrastructure programs, particularly involving AWS or GCP migrations.
- You have experience working within or alongside Trust and Infrastructure teams at a large technology company.
- You have familiarity with Salesforce's product ecosystem or similar enterprise platform environments.
