About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Platform and Technology teams. Your mission is to help make our Platform and Technology teams the best in Fintech.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Experience working alongside infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, or similar technical teams. 4+ years’ proven experience in a Technical Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst role, preferably in a software-first Fintech or start-up environment. Alternatively, you may be a software engineer looking to move into delivery management. Comfortable working with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles, with real experience in creating environments that adhere to them. Proven track record of removing impediments to deliver value for customers and the business. Ability to define a product backlog using standard categories such as epics and user stories. Knowledge of, and interest in, AWS tools and technologies, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools and techniques, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), or Cloud Native practices. Experience in a technical delivery role such as Software Engineer or QA Engineer is advantageous. Personal Attributes Accountable for getting things done. Naturally collaborative, with the ability to influence colleagues in small, cross-functional scrum teams.
