As a Program Manager, Total Rewards, you aren't just here to deliver manual total rewards processes; you are here to build the scalable automation systems. This role oversees the nexus of total rewards knowledge, data infrastructure, and AI/automation tooling to help business leaders make data-informed decisions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our core data foundation, designing efficient workflows, and exploring innovative tools to power our global total rewards programs. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Data Architecture & Management: You will build and maintain an AI ready data library for compensation and benefits, including job architecture, survey mappings, salary range structures, invoice tracking, benefits utilizations, etc. You'll ensure all data is clean, structured, and ready to be plugged into automated workflows.
  • Workflow Automation: Create systems flow maps of our current processes and design automated solutions to eliminate manual bottlenecks or false loops.
  • AI Tooling systems Integration: Research, test, and implement AI and automation tools to accelerate the broader total rewards team's daily operations.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Develop clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that allow the team to audit, scale, and continuously improve our workflows.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • A strong understanding of total rewards best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data is preferred.
  • Operational mindset with a track record of identifying and integrating emerging tools, specifically generative AI and advanced analytics to automate workflows and scale global programs.
  • Proven analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and genuinely in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including building and maintaining complex models.
  • Strong communication: ability to tailor information for audiences in concise, memorable and persuasive formats. Comfort with public speaking and listening for nuance in stakeholder engagements.
  • Thrives under pressure: ambiguity and change are moments of opportunity for you. Able to drive positive action and focus on the right things regardless of external environments.
  • Experience with building from the ground up: you approach projects with ownership and entrepreneurial spirit. You have seen what it takes to build and evolved into best practices on design and structure.
 

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Factors Influencing Final Compensation:

  • The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
  • Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.

$114,400$135,850 CAD
