Enterprise Program Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager based in United States.
This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream enterprise transformation programs at scale. You will oversee end-to-end program governance, integration, and execution across technology, business process, and change management initiatives. The position sits at the center of strategic enterprise change, ensuring alignment between executive sponsors, internal teams, and external partners. You will not manage individual workstreams directly, but instead ensure cohesion, accountability, and delivery integrity across the entire program ecosystem. The role requires strong executive presence, structured thinking, and the ability to bring clarity to highly complex environments. You will play a critical role in shaping governance, managing risk, and ensuring that large-scale transformation programs stay on track, on budget, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and enterprise-scale execution.
Accountabilities:
- Design and operate end-to-end program governance structures, including steering committees, reporting cadences, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Own the integrated master program plan, aligning vendor, IT, and business workstreams into a single execution roadmap.
- Manage program-level risk, issue, scope, and change control processes, ensuring early identification and proactive mitigation of delivery risks.
- Oversee program budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across vendors, internal labor, and technology investments.
- Coordinate cross-workstream integration to manage dependencies, sequencing risks, and delivery alignment across multiple initiatives.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge to executive sponsors, delivering clear, decision-ready program updates and status reporting.
- Ensure vendor and system integrator performance is aligned with contractual expectations, managing change orders and accountability.
- Embed change management as a core component of program delivery, ensuring organizational readiness aligns with technical execution.
- Establish and run PMO operations, including tools, standards, reporting structures, and resource coordination across the program.
- Mentor and guide junior program management staff, strengthening enterprise program management discipline across the organization.
- 12+ years of experience in program management, including leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives end-to-end.
- Proven experience managing multi-workstream programs involving ERP, CRM, or other enterprise technology platforms.
- Strong background in governance design, portfolio/program integration, and enterprise execution frameworks.
- Experience managing program budgets, vendor relationships, and system integrator partnerships, including contract and change order oversight.
- PMP certification required; PgMP or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of hybrid delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models).
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and drive decision alignment.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive clarity in large-scale environments.
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across complex programs.
- Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Competitive senior-level compensation package aligned with experience
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Retirement savings plan options with employer contributions
- Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements
- Opportunity to lead high-impact enterprise transformation programs
- Professional development and leadership growth opportunities
- Exposure to large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Collaborative and values-driven work environment focused on integrity, accountability, curiosity, and teamwork.
