Senior Network Technical Program Manager

This role sits at the intersection of network engineering, large-scale infrastructure delivery, and advanced program leadership, driving complex initiatives that shape next-generation internet connectivity. You will lead high-impact network migration and transformation programs that ensure seamless, zero-downtime experiences for end users across residential and commercial environments. Acting as a key connector between engineering, operations, and leadership teams, you will define execution roadmaps, manage risks, and coordinate highly technical cross-functional stakeholders. The role emphasizes leveraging AI-driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency and modernize network systems toward cloud-native, highly reliable architectures. You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into detailed execution plans while maintaining strict alignment with performance, reliability, and service-level expectations. This is a highly visible role where your work directly contributes to the scalability, stability, and future evolution of large-scale network infrastructure.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex network migration and transformation programs, ensuring zero or minimal service disruption for end users.
  • Develop, manage, and continuously refine detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across network engineering, OSS, and operations teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and execution strategy.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks to ensure continuity and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Provide structured updates, reporting, and presentations to senior leadership, ensuring clear visibility into progress, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven improvements to enhance network performance, operational efficiency, and system reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in network program delivery, migration execution, and responsible integration of emerging technologies.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on network infrastructure, hardware systems, or large-scale migration programs.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-availability projects with strict SLA, uptime, and reliability requirements.
    • Strong background in developing and executing detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery frameworks.
    • Deep understanding of network engineering environments, OSS systems, and large-scale distributed infrastructure operations.
    • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying risks and driving structured mitigation strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
