AbbVie are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Westport. This is a fixed term contract. The Program Manager provides technical support and program management to key operations projects and NPI projects throughout the site. The successful candidate will apply best practice Program Management tools and methodologies to ensure programs are delivered on schedule and right first time ensuring consistency in the delivery of Program Management support across the site.
You will lead lessons learned activities to ensure continuous improvement of Program Management delivery. Leads cross-functional matrix teams from across manufacturing, engineering, science and technology, quality assurance, purchasing, and supply chain to execute the strategies for the development and supply of new products.
The Program Manager will operate in an environment which is largely self-managed but with oversight from the Site PMO Manager.
