Principal PM, Technical, Full Funnel Advertising (FAIM)

We're hiring a Principal Product Manager (Technical) to own 0-to-1 product development for Full Funnel Campaigns - helping brands solve one of their costliest, highest-stakes challenges: launching new products successfully. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks big, creates structure in ambiguity, and brings deep digital-ads expertise plus a track record of applying AI at scale.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead development and scaling of Amazon's Full Funnel Campaigns product, combining first-party data with genAI
- Build and enhance AI agents that guide advertisers through campaign setup, creative, and promotional strategies
- Design ad product workflows covering audience targeting, creative, and performance measurement
- Write proposals and define strategy, roadmap, and detailed requirements for new growth areas
- Influence partner-team roadmaps to deliver the highest-value product for customers
- Partner across science, engineering, design, legal, operations, and executives to ensure seamless execution

A day in the life
You'll make key product and data-model decisions for cold-start consumer brands, balancing tradeoffs across performance, scalability, latency, and security. You'll develop launch strategy end-to-end — working with creative, analytics, and engineering to test, learn, and iterate — while internalizing Amazon's Leadership Principles in everyday practice.

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience in advertising- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
