Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. This role is a hands-on product leadership role responsible for defining and delivering AI-powered solutions across live streaming moderation, VOC analytics and cross platform conversational AI products. This role will own the product lifecycle management and drive execution for AI systems that protect brand integrity in social commerce environments while transforming customer feedback into actionable business intelligence. Working under the assumption that the product can be scalable across platforms and countries, ensuring alignment between local market needs and global scalability.
