Job Description:

The Business Analyst will translate business needs into functional requirements and documentation while ensuring future state solutions aligned with organizational goals and user expectations. The role will also support testing, change management, and user adoption/training activities.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Specific activities include:

  • Responsible for requirements gatherings
  • Perform business process analysis and create use case prioritization
  • Create/design solutions for Business processes and process mappings
  • Create/update all necessary documentation
  • Lead stakeholder workshops execution with focus on Agentic AI capabilities
  • Perform necessary testing
  • Lead user adoption/training activities to include training content creation
  • Work with necessary change management boards as required
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Business process analysis and process mapping
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio functional knowledge is preferred
  • Public sector experience is preferred
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • AI and intelligent automation use case identification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate insights with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs.

The likely salary range for this position is $74,800 - $101,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
