Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Product expertise in measurement solutions, with experience activating these strategies across sales teams and understanding the broader organizational ecosystem.
- Exhibit excellent executive communication and people management skills, and proven track record of influencing executive-level leaders and sellers through various formats.
- Demonstrate strong thought leadership and structured problem-solving skills to effectively lead complex operational and strategic initiatives within the organization.
- Master end-to-end storytelling and sales skills across various media, leading comprehensive workshops that drive consensus and clear calls to action.
- Apply impeccable business acumen to grow within fast-moving, ambiguous environments, ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact results despite evolving priorities.
