Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that drive business value and innovation. This role will partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions, prioritize investments, and ensure successful product outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data platforms and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a product roadmap that delivers incremental value and drives the achievement of clearly defined business objectives.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships, earning the trust and respect of stakeholders, engineering teams, and business partners.
- Contribute to product strategy and make informed trade-off decisions based on business priorities, market dynamics, customer needs, and technical considerations.
- Understand market, industry, and customer requirements and translate them into product features, capabilities, and use cases.
- Apply best-practice product management methodologies to drive a product-led approach to prioritization, solution design, and execution.
- Lead product discovery efforts to improve predictability, maximize ROI, and ensure investments are aligned with business outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure products are scalable, reliable, secure, and well-supported.
- Support product launches, stakeholder communications, product marketing, and sales enablement through effective coordination, documentation, and presentations.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement by gathering user feedback, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Strong product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful digital or data-driven products.
- Data product leadership experience strongly preferred, including ownership of data platforms, analytics products, reporting solutions, or data services.
- Understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, Snowflake infrastructure, and API design is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Jira for product planning, documentation, and agile delivery.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing technical, data, or platform products in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility while delivering measurable outcomes.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł160,200.00 - zł297,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Product pay context
