We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Lead, Product Management to drive product vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of products. This leadership role is responsible for aligning business objectives with customer needs, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep product management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology products in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • This position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco, TX location 4-5 days a week

  • Define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to organizational goals

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple products or platforms

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture

  • Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into product initiatives

  • Drive product planning, prioritization, and execution across engineering, design, and operations teams

  • Establish and manage product governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks

  • Oversee backlog management and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to inform product decisions

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners

  • Ensure successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy, adoption, and lifecycle management

  • Identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

  • This position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco TX location 4-5 days a week

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role

  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale digital products or platforms

  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government, transportation, or regulated industries (e.g., DMV, ADOT)

  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Product board)

  • Background in digital transformation or modernization initiatives

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -115,080 to $218,520 based on a full-time schedule.  

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area):$138,120 to $262,320 

California (All Other):$126,600 to $240,480 

Colorado: $115,080 to $218,520 

Massachusetts$115,080 to $240,480 

New York City: $138,120 to $262,320 

Washington: $126,600 to $240,480 

Washington DC:$126,600 to $240,480 

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
