Job Description
Visa Digital Processing Solutions (Visa DPS) is the Issuer Processing division of Issuer Solutions. Our clients include FinTechs, Financial Institutions, Ecosystem partners and Credit Unions. We are building new, modern solutions, while augmenting the existing solutions that have been in the market for 30+ years.
Visa Digital Processing Solutions (DPS) is seeking a Product Commercialization Analyst to support the commercialization of major and new DPS platforms and products through disciplined pricing strategy, modelling, and governance.
This role sits at the intersection of pricing, product, finance, and go-to-market, serving as a critical contributor to DPS Product Commercialization’s Pricing Center of Excellence. The Product Commercialization Analyst will operationalize pricing as a strategic growth lever by developing robust pricing models, scalable templates and governance frameworks that enable consistent, data-driven commercial decisions across existing and new DPS products. The individual will contribute to commercialization initiatives and centers of excellence, including Product Lifecycle Management and AI enablement.
The successful candidate is a highly motivated, analytical self-starter who is passionate about bringing strategy to execution.
Essential Functions:
DPS Pricing Modelling:
- Support pricing development for core DPS platforms, major product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Build and enhance pricing models to assess revenue impact, deal economics and long-term value realization.
- Partner with Finance, Sales and Product to ensure pricing models reflect commercial reality, cost structures and growth objectives.
- Analyze pricing performance, adoption trends, and deal outcomes to inform continuous optimization.
Pricing Centers of Excellence:
The Product Commercialization Analyst will actively contribute to DPS Product Commercialization’s Pricing Centers of Excellence, including:
DPS Pricing Commercialization:
- Support end-to-end pricing commercialization as part of broader go-to-market readiness for DPS products and platforms.
- Translate pricing strategy into practical, sales-ready models, tools and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure pricing aligns with value propositions, client segments and sales initiatives.
DPS Pricing Governance:
- Establish and maintain pricing governance frameworks for new DPS platforms and offerings.
- Ensure pricing decisions follow defined approval paths, standards and documentation requirements.
- Support team in end-to-end process maintenance, to ensure consistent execution of pricing from product concept to client invoicing.
DPS Pricing Templates:
- Develop and maintain scalable pricing templates and tools that serve as a single source of truth.
- Drive adoption of standardized pricing assets across Sales, Product, and Deal teams.
- Support change management and continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain pricing and revenue models supporting DPS products and platforms.
- Support commercialization initiatives by providing analytical insights that inform pricing and deal structures.
- Maintain pricing documentation, templates and reference materials contributing to the Pricing Center of Excellence.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Deal Operations to support pricing-related decision-making.
- Collaborate with product teams to conduct competitive and market analysis, informing pricing strategy recommendations.
- Support governance processes for new platforms, ensuring pricing discipline and transparency.
- Develop executive and sales-ready materials that communicate pricing insights and recommendations for decision-making and deployment.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase speed, consistency and confidence in pricing execution.
- Support additional activities and initiatives based on evolving business needs and priorities
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Experience in pricing strategy, analytics, corporate strategy or finance
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Ability to structure complex problems and translate data into fact-based insights and recommendations
Passionate creating competitive advantage and business results through pricing
Advanced Excel skills. Experience leveraging data from dashboards, CRM systems or analytics tools a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate autonomously in fast‑moving, collaborative environment
Experience in payments, financial services, SaaS or platform-based businesses preferred

The estimated salary range for this position is $104,600.00 to $ 162,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
