About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for the Workplace Technology product group – Instant Messaging (IM), Voice and Video Platform.
This role will be part of an internal Product Line team for Workplace Technology. The candidate will work with the delivery team on defining, planning, and executing enterprise voice-enabled collaboration solutions (including Microsoft Teams and integrated voice platforms) that meet the objectives and roadmap milestones for the respective Product group. The role will also contribute to modernizing voice, conferencing, and collaboration experiences across the enterprise.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
Act as key participant in large-scale planning
Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Serve as Team Product Owner – IM-Microsoft Teams, Voice & Video platform
Collaborate and work with Product Manager, Product Owner, engineering leads, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery of integrated Microsoft Teams, and enterprise voice solutions (Teams Phone, IP Telephony, Trader Voice)
Reiterate and deliver the vision of the L3 Product group by implementing innovative solutions across meetings, conferencing, and mission-critical voice communication workflows
Support the overall strategy, refine features and stories, and guide teams to meet OKRs and roadmap milestones for the product
Define and evolve product strategy for Microsoft Teams as a collaboration hub, including its integration with Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, and other M365 services
Develop, evolve and communicate product vision, priorities, and strategy to key partners and stakeholders while obtaining feedback, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
Establish, communicate and monitor product goals and performance indicators
Facilitate collaboration between end users, stakeholders and teams throughout the product lifecycle
Own prioritization of backlog aligned to product vision and goals. Maintain a healthy backlog of items that are linked appropriately.
Enable the team to deliver work seamlessly by writing clear features, refining user stories, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met
Collaborate with product owners and teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Own and maintain a clear, prioritized, and well-structured backlog
Drive alignment through active participation in product and agile ceremonies
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and prioritization conflicts
Lead and support teams by removing impediments and enabling execution
Ensure consistent communication across product, delivery, and stakeholders
Coordinate with shared teams to ensure smooth delivery
Drive user communications and gather feedback to inform product improvements
Job Expectations:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner
8+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent
Experience working with and leading delivery teams in collaboration, conferencing, or voice platforms
Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, including meetings, conferencing, and Teams Phone with enterprise voice integration
5+ years of experience in Voice, IP Telephony, and/or Trader Voice systems, including designing or managing high-availability, low-latency communication environments
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange/Outlook, Planner, etc.)
Good understanding of security, identity, and compliance, including Entra ID (Azure AD), voice security, guest access, information protection, and retention policies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and related tools
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum Framework
Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence across teams.
Familiarity with voice engineering concepts, including SIP, SBCs, call routing, and QoS
Working knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards
Experience managing global collaboration and voice infrastructure across regions
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience with human-centered design principles
Strong risk management and dependency management skills, particularly in regulated communications environments
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions
