About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Director of Product Operations to join the Annuities Platform team. This individual is responsible for operational excellence across the Product organization. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering leadership teams to ensure teams are aligned, empowered, and operating efficiently throughout the Product Development Lifecycle.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
